I feel a deep desire to reclaim an ancient healing modality of the circle for myself and for my community. For ages, our ancestors used to gather in sacred circles for deep conversation, energy exchange, healing, ritual and activation.

As the vibrations of Gaia are rising, we are all being called to step into the sacred circle once more - to share freely, to trust without reservation, to build heartfelt bonds, to join other kindred souls on our shared journey of purpose and evolution, to reclaim what was once lost.

In the spirit of going back to our forgotten roots, while creating something for the modern times, I want to introduce you to the Healing Circle - a sacred space I have created to help you along your spiritual journey. The way the energies dance in time and space makes certain periods an opportune time for healing and reset of particular traumatic frequencies. Every few weeks I will pick a topic I am called to help heal in the collective and build a custom group healing experience around it. Initially, I will keep the groups small to ensure that the format works and all of you are getting palpable results after every meeting. My intention is to both hold space and guide you as you are weaving the threads of your personal transformation. Our circles will be filled with insights, practices, activations and deep conversation.
