Marketing Coordinator

(Remote – Preferably Europe Time Zone)

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our growing spiritual and self-development brand with routine marketing tasks.

 

This is a detail-oriented role ideal for someone who loves structure, consistency, and beauty — and who wants to be part of a mission that helps people grow spiritually.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Post pre-prepared content to Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

  2. Upload and schedule the weekly meditations and YouTube videos

  3. Handle basic video and text edits when needed (short clips, captions, etc.)

  4. Ensure all posts go live on schedule across platforms

  5. Maintain accurate posting calendars and checklists

  6. Upload content to Kajabi and help manage simple automations or sequences

  7. Assist with ManyChat flows, tagging, and campaign scheduling

  8. Double-check every post for grammar, spacing, links, and brand accuracy

  9. Assist with content creation on an as-needed basis

 

Requirements

  1. Exceptional attention to detail — you notice small mistakes others miss

  2. Fluent in English with immaculate spelling and grammar

  3. Based in or near a European time zone (preferred)

  4. Understands spirituality and self-development (you genuinely resonate with this work)

  5. Comfortable managing repetitive tasks and following established workflows

  6. Quick learner with the ability and desire to master new tools

  7. Previous experience with ManyChat and Kajabi is a plus (not required)
