How to Build a Strong Relationship with Your Physical Body
In this episode, I will talk about the physical body and how to build a strong relationship with it. I will look at the collective level and explain why humanity has a dysfunctional relationship with the physical body. I will give you the practice to connect with your body and receive messages from it.
I will talk about the sacred contract between your higher self and the body and how this contract works. I will also talk about pain and what it really means. Pain is a love language of your body. This is a form of communication. You have to learn to understand this language if you want to build a strong relationship with your body. I will talk about painkillers and how they contribute even more to your dysfunctional relationship.
